What is included in the Almost Guaranteed Issue life insurance?

Through the use of Graded Benefit whole life insurance and Graded Benefit Term life insurance you can have a permanent or a term life plan even if you have been previously declined for life insurance by other companies.
Graded Benefit Whole life insurance and Graded Benefit Term life insurance are graded death benefit policies. This means that the death benefit in the first three policy years is less than the full amount applied for. The first year death benefit is equal to the premiums paid plus 5% to 10%. The second year death benefit is equal to 40% of the life insurance applied for. The third year death benefit is equal to 70% of the life insurance applied for and by the forth year and forward the death benefit is 100%.

Renewal and conversion
At the end of ten years, Graded Benefit Term will automatically convert to decreasing term life insurance to age 100. As long as you are younger the maximum issue age for the plan, you can also renew for a ten year level term life insurance policy at your attained age. Your policy may also be converted to a level-premium whole life policy which must be available at the time and have a higher premium rate than the Graded Benefit Term life insurance policy at the time of conversion.
Underwriting and the approval Process
Graded Benefit Whole LIfe and Graded Benefit Term life insurance ar underwritten on a virtually guaranteed issue program (no APS & no Medical Exam.)
